Since this was one of my more artistically oriented videos, I featured a link here as well.
Although the 15 minutes statistic has changed (most likely thanks to this program) it is still a big issue. So the "Every 15 Minutes" program is held in High Schools all over the US every 2 years.
As far as this video is concerned, I wanted to try and convey the same message that the program did, trying to make it as emotionally gripping as I felt it to be. I'm sure I succeeded.
